If you select "Accept All", your preferences update across Google databases. Choosing "Reject Non-Essential" keeps these tracking mechanisms disabled.

VityIT never sells corporate lookup data or contact logs to marketing aggregators. Information is shared strictly under these necessary conditions:

• Authorized Service Partners: Cloud file managers who adhere strictly to PIPEDA privacy clauses.
• Regulatory Mandates: If legally required to comply with court directives in Halton Region, or federal mandates from OPC.
• Business Mergers: If VityIT undergoes corporate restructuring, existing client data will transfer under equivalent confidentiality protections.

6. Data Retention Limits

We retain administrative records for as long as necessary to fulfill technical SLAs, resolve disputes, or satisfy Ontario tax laws. On average, standard request forms are held for 12 months, while inactive client contracts are permanently deleted 3 years after service termination.

7. Your Legal Privacy Rights

Under PIPEDA regulations, Canadian residents can exercise several data privacy rights:

• Right to Access: Ask for all stored personal profile summaries we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of incorrect records, system classifications, or inactive details.
• Right to Erasure: Ask for permanent deletion of inactive consumer records if there are no pending legal SLA tasks.
• Right to Lodge Complaints: File an official complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) if you believe we have violated PIPEDA standards.

8. Children's Modern Privacy Safeguards

VityIT does not market services to children under 13. If we discover we have accidentally collected information from minors, we erase it immediately.
